Tickets are transferable from player to player.
You have 30 days from the purchase of a product to make an exchange return in store on sealed products only.
If your purchase has a manufacturing defect you can contact the manufacturing company directly for a replacement.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. In the case of damaged or defective products the manufacturer will need to supply replacements and contact to them directly. Lightly Played condition cards can have slight border or corner wear, or possibly minor scratches. No major defects are present, and there are less than 4 total flaws on the card. Lightly Played condition foils may have slight fading or indications of wear on the card face. '

Moderately Played condition cards have moderate wear, or flaws apparent to the naked eye. Moderately Played condition cards can show moderate border wear, mild corner wear, water damage, scratches , creases or fading, light dirt buildup, or any combination of these defects. '
