Delta Green: The Star Chamber

Delta Green's Task Force T.I. screwed up. They were in Myanmar, deep in the undeveloped hinterlands. The operation went south, people died, and something unnatural and monstrous escaped -- perhaps with the aid of an agent from the task force.
Now they're the operation for a new team of agents. The player characters must hear testimony from the survivors of Task Force T.i., decide exactly what happened and who's responsible, and recommend a course of action to Delta Green's leaders.
The testimony plays out scene by bloody scene. In each flashback, the players temporarily take the roles of the members of Task Force T.I. The players get tips on how to play them based on their individual personalities and prejudices -- and, more importantly, the ways that their teammates remember them behaving. Memories of overwhelming terror are rarely accurate. But memories are all Delta Green has to go on if a further horror is to be prevented.
"The Star Chamber" includes a complete scenario and six "secondary" Agents, ready to play in the flashback scenes. It is playable with Delta Green: Need to Know or Delta Green: Agent's Handbook, available from Arc Dream Publishing.
Refunds and returns
Event tickets, pre-orders and discounted Items are final sale therefore are not returnable.
Charge backs or Paypal claims issued will result in a ban from all future events we host, co-host or sponsor.
Tickets are transferable from player to player.
You have 30 days from the purchase of a product to make an exchange return in store on sealed products only. Trading cards are non returnable so that we can guarantee they remain tamper free.
If your purchase has a manufacturing defect you can contact the manufacturing company directly for a replacement.
Store credit may not be used on preorder products, or within the one-week-window of releases - any orders placed online will be result of cancellation and return of funds.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. In the case of damaged or defective products the manufacturer will need to supply replacements and contact to them directly. If you require contact information we can provide this.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Pre-order items are non refundable and no returnable. Trading card game products (Pokemon, Magic: the gathering, Flesh and blood, Yu-Gi-Oh! etc) are all sales final. All defects need to be brought to the distributor for replacement.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Pre-orders are sales final but if requested to be refunded will incure a 10% restocking fee.
