The Golden Autumn Glade Basing Box will bring your armies to a rocky summit, a place of natural wonder, where the short mountain grasses meet the higher woodland vegetation. Once you step into this magical glade, Time seems to stop as you feel the presence of sylvan spirits in the air – attached to the rocks and crevices, and to the small inhabitants that live here. For millennia, this site has remained safe from the Dark Powers, but that may change as the forces of Good and Evil clash.

All Basing Bits are sold unpainted.
Refunds and returns
Event tickets, pre-orders and discounted Items are final sale therefore are not returnable.
Charge backs or Paypal claims issued will result in a ban from all future events we host, co-host or sponsor.
Tickets are transferable from player to player.
You have 30 days from the purchase of a product to make an exchange return in store on sealed products only. Trading cards are non returnable so that we can guarantee they remain tamper free.
If your purchase has a manufacturing defect you can contact the manufacturing company directly for a replacement.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. In the case of damaged or defective products the manufacturer will need to supply replacements and contact to them directly. If you require contact information we can provide this.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Pre-order items are non refundable and no returnable. Trading card game products (Pokemon, Magic: the gathering, Flesh and blood, Yu-Gi-Oh! etc) are all sales final. All defects need to be brought to the distributor for replacement.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Pre-orders are sales final but if requested to be refunded will incure a 10% restocking fee.
