THE STORY

Even when they inhabited bodies of flesh, Trazyn the Infinite and Orikan the Diviner were polar opposites. Trazyn, a collector of historical oddities, presides over a gallery full of the most dangerous artefacts – and people – of the galactic past. Orikan, a chronomancer without peer, draws zodiacs that predict and manipulate the future. When an artefact emerges that may hold the key to the next evolution of the necrons, these two obsessives enter a multi-millennia game of cat and mouse that ends civilisations, reshapes timelines, and changes both forever. As riddles unwind and ancient secrets are revealed, the question remains – will their feud save the necron race or destroy it?

Tickets are transferable from player to player.
You have 30 days from the purchase of a product to make an exchange return in store on sealed products only. Trading cards are non returnable so that we can guarantee they remain tamper free.
If your purchase has a manufacturing defect you can contact the manufacturing company directly for a replacement.
Store credit may not be used on preorder products, or within the one-week-window of releases - any orders placed online will be result of cancellation and return of funds.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. In the case of damaged or defective products the manufacturer will need to supply replacements and contact to them directly. If you require contact information we can provide this.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Pre-order items are non refundable and no returnable. Trading card game products (Pokemon, Magic: the gathering, Flesh and blood, Yu-Gi-Oh! etc) are all sales final. All defects need to be brought to the distributor for replacement.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Pre-orders are sales final but if requested to be refunded will incure a 10% restocking fee.
